At ProMotion Creative, each client enjoys a personalized workspace crafted for the unique demands of their projects. This workspace, along with its contents and intellectual property, is the exclusive possession of ProMotion Creative. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or utilization is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Project Leadership and Communication Protocol

Effective collaboration is ensured through adherence to established project management hierarchies and communication protocols. Respect for our appointed project managers or designated liaisons, overseeing client requests and guiding project teams, is essential.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Information shared with ProMotion Creative is treated with utmost confidentiality. Clients are expected to exercise discretion and refrain from disclosing sensitive project details, strategies, or proprietary information.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property conceived during our engagement remains the exclusive property of ProMotion Creative unless expressly stipulated otherwise in writing. Clients are granted a usage license for final deliverables upon full payment of agreed-upon fees.

Access to Creative Assets

Clients will have continual access to their creative assets and projects through the designated workspace, fostering seamless collaboration and review.

Financial Agreement

Payment terms are explicitly outlined in project agreements. Failure to adhere to agreed-upon payment schedules may result in the suspension of services until payment is received.

Termination Protocols

Either party reserves the right to terminate services with written notice. ProMotion Creative retains the right to terminate services immediately in the event of a breach of these terms.

Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of The Constitution of Sweden. Disputes arising under or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sweden.

Amendments to Terms

ProMotion Creative reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at its discretion. Users will be duly notified of any changes, and continued utilization of our services implies acceptance of the amended terms.

Beta Workspace Acknowledgment

Our current workspace is in a beta stage of development, and your feedback is crucial for enhancement. ProMotion Creative reserves the right to make adjustments or updates to the beta workspace as needed. Creative assets and projects will be available for continual access through the designated workspace, fostering seamless collaboration and review. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
